      When you hit Silver you get a $100 bonus. Gold $250 Bonus. Sr. Gold $350, Ruby $500, Sr. Ruby $750. Emerald rank gets a trip to Hawaii for 2 for free, the Plexus Lexus program, and you receive 3% of the company's monthly Ambassador payout shared among the Ambassadors who qualify. Sapphire gets another 1%. Diamond gets another 1%. When you achieve the rank of Diamond, you can re-enter the program with a second position that will be placed first level to your original position. 

If you rank up within 30 days of joining you get to enjoy extra bonuses! For example: You would not only get $100 for going Silver within your first 30 days, but you would make $100 for doing it that fast. The same goes for ranking up to Sr. Ruby.
